I am looking into rosetta stone's on learning Japanese. Is it possible for me to learn this language for two years and got to Japan, as a foreign exchange student for a few months?

  1. Yes. You don't really need to be fluent in Japanese to be a foreign exchange student. Most Japanese speak English. Rosetta Stone is an excellent program (the best in my opinion) and you should be well spoken in Japanese in a few months. Have fun in Japan!
