Can Someone Explain Euro Dogs, The European Hot Dog To Me?

I spent several months in Europe and the euro hot dog "EuroDog" became my lunch every other day. I just love them. However, I'm back in the US and I'm craving one. What is the name of that bread roll they use? I haven't seen them in supermarkets here in the US. Where could I get that type of bun/roll. Second Question, what type of mustard do they use? It wasn't spicy and it didn't have a strong mustered taste. I bought a bunch of different mustered there but I never found the right one. It seemed like every vendor used the same kind. What the secret?

  1. If you were in France, could the bread have been a baguette (soft, but crusty on the outside)? And would the mustard be Dijon, which is mild but has a very distinctive taste?
