What summer foreign exchange program should I do?

I'm a Junior in High School and I'm interested in doing foreign exchange this summer to maybe Denmark, Germany, or Spain. I was wondering if anyone knows of any good programs or any programs to maybe avoid. Any help is greatly appreciated!
