For how long will the dollar continue to fall against the euro?

I'm going to Europe for a month in September and I'm worried about the value of the dollar against the euro. Should I buy euros now or wait until then to buy? The dollar lately has been sinking against foreign currencies but will it rebound slightly by then or continue to fall?
