How do you create the Great British Pound and Euro signs?

I know that shift+3 is the # sign and shift+4 is the $ sign, but how do you create the Great British Pound and Euro signs on the computer?

1. Go to "insert" on the toolbar and select "symbols". They should be in there.
2. Try Start>Run then type "Charmap" - this should let you choose any character you want. Alternatively, for the £ sign, try Alt156 or Alt163 Hope that helps!
