Who can tell me the least expensive foreign exchange program?

I would really like to be a foreign exchange student to Australia but I can't at the moment because I'm not old enough. But I would like to start saving money now. I've heard of a scholar ship for it but I don't want to go through the entire process of that and then the entire process of the foreign exchange program. I am also from FL, USA. If you could answer and help me you would be my hero:)

1. Rotary, by far, is the least expensive ($5,200 more or less), and the best. You'll have to wait until around October of 2009 to start the process, and then leave in July 2010. Florida Rotary has some really good clubs, try googling your area. For more info on the exchange, go to rotary.org. The one thing about Rotary, is you have to get accepted. So if you have an all around good attitude, decent grades, and a want to learn a new culture, then I'd say go for it and you'll totally get in. Good luck :D
