Where is the best place or company to sell euro for GBP amount 140000 euro?

I have sold a property and will get euro and need to transfer into British pounds at the best rate. Any thoughts / experiences please?

1. Your bank should provide currency exchange for you. Many banks do so at no cost if you are one of their customers and have an account with them. They will give you the current exchange rate. If you go to a private money changer, you will probably not get the full exchange rate and may be charged a fee as well.
