How do you become a foreign exchange student for Japan?
I live in Canada, Ontario, in the city of Hamilton, and i'm wondering if anyone would know any programs or websites to become a foreign exchange student for the Country Japan? Also, for those who were a foreign exchange student to Japan, what was your experience like? What did you like most about it and what did you least like about it?. I have no idea where to start and i've been doing alot of research but i'm having no such luck. Any specific information on this would be greatly appreciated and helpful. Thank you for your time. :)

- Go to afs.org they have tons of info how much it will cost. how to apply, what to do why you wait in preparing to go, and can met up with other past exchange students and talk via web with them regarding their experience. Hope you get to go it is a life changing event.
- You should look up Rotary Youth Exchange, it's an awesome program. I'm going to be a foreign exchange student this year in Brasil, and a friend of mine is going to Japan. RYE is an amazing program and if you decide to do a year long exchange student you will be well prepared to go. good luck!
